Recruitment

  • If you are selected for the next stage, you will be invited to complete an online survey, which is the first step in the recruitment process.
  • This is due to changes in EASA regulations, which require all new pilots to complete a "work-related behavior" assessment before starting training in accordance with EASA CAT.GEN.MPA.175.
  • This asessment consists of two stages:
  • Stage 1 consists of an online assessment conducted using AON (fee: €60). Captains must complete a total of one task. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of the online assessment result.
  • Stage 2 is a comprehensive psychological assessment that forms part of the overall simulator/interview assessment.
  • Only candidates who successfully complete Stage 1 and meet minimum standards will advance to Stage 2, which includes the simulator assessment and interview.
